How to read this page

List price is the price a chain announces for the day at its own stations before local competition discounts; it moves daily and is the earliest public signal of a price change. Pump average (weekly, from the EU Oil Bulletin) is what drivers actually paid. The gap between the two is the market discount. Prices are collected every morning at 07:30 CET and again at 12:30 CET; the euro conversion uses the European Central Bank reference rate of 2026-09-04.

Circle K and Preem publish a list price. St1 shows its prices only after the page has loaded, from a source that is not public, and OKQ8 and Ingo do not publish one at all — so those chains are marked “not published” rather than estimated.

Questions about Preem list prices

Is the Preem list price what I pay at the pump?

No. It is the reference price Preem announces for the day; individual stations sell below it to match local competition, usually by 0.5 to 1.5 kr per litre. Treat it as the ceiling and as the first public signal that prices are moving.

How often does Preem change its list price?

Over the last 52 weeks Preem changed the bensin 95 list price on 152 days and the diesel list price on 158 days. The table above lists the most recent changes with the exact size of each move.

Is Preem cheaper than Circle K today?

Today the two chains publish the same figure: 17.89 kr/L for bensin 95 and 21.69 kr/L for diesel. That is the usual pattern in Sweden — the chains follow one another within a day. What you pay still differs from station to station, because each station discounts locally.

How far back does this price history go?

The Preem series on this page starts on Mon 1 Sep 2008 and runs to today, with one value for every day in between: a list price stays in force until the chain announces a new one, so days without an announcement carry the previous price.

What is a listpris?

It is the national reference price a Swedish fuel chain announces for its own stations, before local discounts. It is published in the morning and stays in force until the chain announces the next one — which is why the date next to every figure matters.

How do I convert Preem kr/L into euro?

Divide by the euro exchange rate: 11.1005 kronor to the euro on 2026-09-04, the European Central Bank reference rate used across fuel-prices.eu. The €/L button at the top converts every figure on this page at once.
