fuel-prices.eu only publishes data from sources that allow republication. For each source below: what we take from it, its licence or terms of reuse, and the attribution we show. Where a source has not published a licence, this page says so and the data is shown with attribution only — we do not claim a licence the source has not given.

The maps on fuel-prices.eu are drawn from OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors), available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Station locations for Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Netherlands, and opening hours shown for several countries, also come from OpenStreetMap.
Our map endpoints that return OpenStreetMap-derived data say so in each response (license, attribution). Those derived data stay under the ODbL.
Our own statistics
Averages, rankings, changes over time and charts computed by fuel-prices.eu may be reused under CC BY 4.0 with the credit “Source: fuel-prices.eu” and a link. This does not extend to the underlying source data, which stays under the terms of each source listed above. Figures based on the EU Weekly Oil Bulletin are marked “processed by fuel-prices.eu”.
Licences and terms checked at each source on 1 October 2026. Withdrawn on 1 October 2026 because their terms do not allow republication: the live prices of Portugal, Andorra, Türkiye, Lithuania, Moldova, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina (the EU Weekly Oil Bulletin figures for Portugal and Lithuania remain).
