Weekly
EU countries: the European Commission’s EU Weekly Oil Bulletin, national average prices including taxes, in € per litre. The EU average is the Commission’s own figure, weighted by each country’s consumption. In the full-tank chart, every amount in a national currency is converted at the official rate of the date of that price (the bulletin’s Monday, or the day of a live price), not at today’s rate: the ECB reference rate; for the Serbian dinar, the Macedonian denar and the Moldovan leu, which the ECB does not publish, the official rate of the National Bank of Serbia, of the Republic of North Macedonia or of Moldova; for the Bosnian convertible mark, its fixed parity (1 € = 1.95583 BAM). The rate, its date and its source are printed on the chart.
Live
Countries outside the EU (Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Montenegro, Türkiye, the UK…): the latest price from each national source, collected by us as often as each national feed updates, from every 30 minutes to once a day — the average of the station prices where the feed lists every station (the UK), the national regulated maximum price (Serbia, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro), the national average price (Bosnia and Herzegovina) or the mean of provincial prices (Türkiye). The date of each price is in the map tooltip and in the data file. The map shows these prices in euro, converted at the ECB reference rate of 25 Sep 2026 for GBP, ISK, TRY; the National Bank of Moldova official rate of 27 Sep 2026 for MDL; the National Bank of North Macedonia middle rate of 27 Sep 2026 for MKD; the National Bank of Serbia official middle rate of 25 Sep 2026 for RSD; BAM at its fixed parity, 1 € = 1.95583 BAM (Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
