Russia and Belarus permanently abolished roaming charges between the two countries effective 1 March 2025. Mobile users are guaranteed at least 300 minutes of free incoming voice calls and at least 5 GB of data transfer per month while roaming. The agreement followed years of negotiations, with the initial roadmap signed in 2019.
