Short reports based either on station price registers or on the national series of the EU Weekly Oil Bulletin, as each article's method states, published only when a price actually moves: a daily change of at least 1.5%, a new high or low, a round-number threshold crossed, or a weekly recap when the week had at least one of those or the average of a main fuel moved by at least 0.3%.
