Switzerland uses a single annual vignette: CHF 40 (~€42) covers the whole motorway network for the calendar year — there are no shorter options. The Great St Bernard tunnel and car-carrying rail shuttles charge separately; the Gotthard road tunnel is included.
The official channel is Swiss e-Vignette (e-vignette.ch). The annual vignette is bought online, at the border or at petrol stations — not at a barrier. The Great St Bernard tunnel and rail shuttles have their own toll booths that accept cash and cards. Buying from official operator sites avoids reseller markups.
