What we know about 2027
The annual e-vinjeta is valid for 12 months from the start date you choose (immediately or up to 30 days ahead), not for a calendar year. An e-vinjeta bought in 2026 can therefore cover a large part of 2027. Source: dars.si
One-off extension: annual e-vinjetas still valid on 1 December 2025 were extended automatically by 4 months. DARS example: start on 1 December 2025 → valid until 1 April 2027. The purchase confirmation still shows the old end date; the DARS validity check shows the real one. Source: evinjeta.dars.si
Since 1 January 2026 vehicles up to 3.5 t no longer need an e-vinjeta on the coastal expressway at Koper (former H5 and H6). DARS says this is temporary, until the Koper–Dragonja expressway is finished. Source: evinjeta.dars.si
Prices: no change for 2027 announced on dars.si or evinjeta.dars.si (checked on 24 September 2026). Class 2A = up to 3.5 t and at most 1.30 m high above the front axle; above that, the more expensive class 2B applies. Source: dars.si, evinjeta.dars.si
