- Sweden: diesel +10.1% (+€ 0.174/l), from € 1.73/l to € 1.90/l.
- Luxembourg: diesel +8.5% (+€ 0.159/l), from € 1.87/l to € 2.02/l.
Poland: most of this move is a tax change, not the market — VAT on motor fuels returned from 8% to 23% on 1 September 2026, at the end of the temporary reduction.
